- move status updates to before_flush event
- remove the necessity to define __table_name__ and __mapper_args__ in
  Threat subclasses
- remove setting expire_after_commit=False and avoid explicit commits
- remove hardwired schema and just force to quote table name for table user

- used in filter condition 'older than one week'

- to solve conflict with PostgreSQL keyword 'user'
- needs SQLAlchemy >= 0.7.4
