Use QStandardPath for Config and Cache Location
Use QStandardPaths for configuration files will put configuration files to a more proper location and will help in case of sandboxing, where apps usually don't have access to HOME directory. Same goes for temp location.
Placing configuration in HOME is still the preferred location. Other places are used when HOME cannot be accessed.
