New Databox Types

• PFO_INSSPR (33) is going to be stopped being used, will be converted into OVM_PFO; in public test since September 2022
• PFO_REQ (50) - in public test since September 2022
• new box types for authorised architects, authorised engineers and officially entitled geodetic engineers (37 - 39)
  • These types have not been introduced yet. They were only announced.
