All unknown (and, formerly, silently ignored) keywords were removed from
existing tests. This allows us to detect typos.

Infrastructure records for net. subtree were missing.
The test now works with Unbound as well.

Missing declaration for the intentionally broken server was added
to avoid error messages produced by Deckard.

STEP <id> is optional (incremented if ommited)
e.g.:

the pydnstest is a generic library
scenario is not responsible for any socket binding
testserver provides mock servers
deckard picks eligible addresses from scenario,
and tells testserver to listen there

this makes the library standalone useable even
without prebinding
