All unknown (and, formerly, silently ignored) keywords were removed from
existing tests. This allows us to detect typos.

These tests should not be affected by query minimization so it is not
worth the complexity added by entries required for query minimization.

The delegation to unsigned subzone was fixed.

Originally I thought that the test imported in
36377a24 is failing because of bug in
kresd. It is not the case, the test was wrong at two places:
- it contained duplicate record in expected answer
- delegation to sub.example.com was not correct
