RAW replies return incorrect data

When using RAW in scenario, the blobs that are returned by deckard do not match the defined blobs. Also, ADJUST raw_id doesn't seem to override the transaction ID.

Using the following test, https://gitlab.labs.nic.cz/knot/respdiff/blob/master/tests/deckard/scenarios/malformed.rpl produces the attached deckard.pcap

Test coverage for RAW / raw_id should be added to avoid breaking this functionality in the future
