functional testing improvements

The most important properties of new test environment: The test environment is in a repository. Probably together with Knot source. More tests can be launched in parallel. Port numbers are generated. Tests can be run locally. Foreign binaries and Go tests are removed. Each test is in its own directory with adeguate description. Tests can be easily relaunched with previous settings/data. Separation of benchmarks from tests. Test environment is easily configurable (paths, selection of tests to launch). Writing of test should be easy and quick.
