option, which controls the display of comment lines in its output.
This would be a nice feature for kdig
to adopt as well.

's behaviour with +nocomments
is strange imho anyway, so we might think of if to do it in a slightly different manner. However, i like the idea.

i think +nocomments
should not suppress commented error messages, as i'd expect that behavior to be covered by a different option. I don't feel strongly about it though.
