please add +[no]comments option to kdig

dig 9.11.5 from BIND has a +[no]comments option, which controls the display of comment lines in its output.

This would be a nice feature for kdig to adopt as well.

dig's behaviour with +nocomments is strange imho anyway, so we might think of if to do it in a slightly different manner. However, i like the idea.

@dkg Hi, do you mean to suppress also commented error messages?

i think +nocomments should not suppress commented error messages, as i'd expect that behavior to be covered by a different option. I don't feel strongly about it though.

Implemented in 9c9d28ba. Expected usage is in combination with other options (+noall, +answer, ...).
