Transfer gets stuck

Problem

Not sure what may be the cause, big transfer gets rarely stuck or is not rescheduled. May be related to locking the zone file/journal. Will investigate a bit more.

More hints: the state is somewhere between busy-pending, there was a spike in CPU usage and appears to accumulate over time. But it may be just probability.

Postponed for more info.

I think it is related to recently fixed bug with cancelling events.
