descriptor - reduce descriptor items

As rdata are stored in wireformat directly, descriptors can be simplified to describe just compressible dnames.

This reduction is possible but currently not recommended, since there is a dname_wire_check based on dname descriptor type. When there is a better semantic check #6 (closed), reduction will come.
