We need a sanity check that all modules can be loaded and that (at very least) the kresd still resolves something when everything is loaded. I envision going though [modules](http://knot-resolver.readthedocs.io/en/latest/modules.html) section of documentation and copy-pasting all examples into single config + some test to see if we can get valid DNS reply.
