RFE: apkg packaging repos

We need to figure out the best way to distribute apkg to users including CI systems.

I prefer custom package repos thus I see following options:

1) use OBS like Knot Resolver

It might or might not be path of least resistance, but we want to move away from OBS in the long run so it feels questionable

2) use community build systems (copr, launchpad, ...)like Knot DNS

This inherits only some problems of OBS but also new problems of multiple different third-party systems... sounds like too much work to me.

3) use this opportunity to test a prototype of a solution to OBS migration

IMO it's way to early to get bogged down by this in v0.1. Installation from git is good for now, maybe a PyPI package could be simple enough (although you can't really define system dependencies there...).

In general, I'm in favor of 3, but it's just too soon for that now.
