Deckard's responses to resolvers might be delayed due to load which leads the resolver to close the port and to the test failing in the end. We partially detect these by checking the PCAP for ICMP packets.

Running this test properly requires faking monotonic timers which breaks other tests. It will be added back once we figure out the way to fake monotonic and wall-clock time separately.

--log-level=40 (errors) is now default for `run.sh` script.
This can be changed using --log-level option (--log-level=10 for full log) when running `*run.sh` scripts or using VERBOSE environment variable.
