None of these seemed to be errors, but it seems better to clear these.

There's still an unresolved "problem" with QRVERBOSE getting
empty variadic list sometimes, and I can't see a good way around that.

To work on RRSIG TTLs, libknot >= 2.7.1 is needed.

- <zscanner/**> -> <libzscanner/**>

Equality to `unsigned long` is not guaranteed, and was getting us
warnings on macos (maybe it's not equal there).
Also reduce the overlong lines.

The old kr_rrkey() was used only on one place (and incorrectly) so now
we are replacing both copies with single implementation for general
resolver and root zone import.
It should not make any practical difference.
