Add ability to disable sentinel components

Every sentinel component has UCI config sentinel.COMPONENT.enabled. This in default is (if not specified) is 1 but user should be able to explicitly enable and disable components trough Foris.

At the same time we have configuration for components. At the moment only component with that are minipots. Every minipot can selectively be enabled/disabled (in default again enabled).

  • Enable/Disable sentinel components (Nikola, Minipots, Survey)
  • Enable/Disable minipot protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP, Telnet)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
