Mainly a bugfix of typecasting of autostart delay parameter.

All the variables used in config are loaded as strings using EUCI.
There must be either a definition what type are we expectiong for
each parameter or we can typecast it on the fly only when needed -
like here.

It produces messy syslog messages

These options allow to use a different control or a different
uuid than defined in a config file.

This should have no effect on the client side, but should
improve the server performance.
