Subject: [PATCH] NEWS: move changes from Turris OS 6.0.2 to Turris OS 6.0.3

We decided that we are not going to release Turris OS 6.0.2 RC2 with
more changes as we would like to release at least something this week to
improve the current behavior of Rainbow, etc.

So, changes added into RC2 are moved to Turris OS 6.0.3
