It will be cherry-picked into `v4.1` branch.
Commit: b09122ccd947ccc533e2bf5e424acc700e055c9f **can not be cherry-picked** as it is to branches `v5.0` and `master` due to different dependencies. But removing powerpc should be there as well.
Anyway, two reverted commits are being compiled by OpenWrt buildbots and compile tested locally.
