patches/openwrt: add support for 1000base-x SerDes mode on Topaz

Add support to specify 1000base-x SerDes mode via DTS on Turris MOX for
Topaz switch.

This is done by incorporating some two upstream changes that add support
to change SerDes mode on Topaz.
