CI: don't use generic runtime tests for now

Most of the runtime tests fails as many of our packages does not have
"version" or "-version" or "--version".

We can use "help" instead of "version" to see if the package does not segfault, but let's leave it
for later.

What we should rather do is to have specific test.sh file for each
package, which we want to run test.
