kresd: does not honor nonwildcard uci setting

The kresd configuration seems to ignore the nonwildcard option ("Bind only to specific interfaces rather than wildcard address."), which means I can't use the DNS resolver from an interface unless I send the UDP requests to the IP of that interface.
