Freshly flashed system is sometimes corrupted

I've encountered some cases in which a freshly flashed Turris OS 5.2.x was corrupted. These cases occured with both flash ways (from USB drives and from the repository server) and on Omnias, MOXes and Shields. The corrupted systems had malformed initial setup guides (didn't started correctly and/or couldn't proceed) or even didn't start at all.
