Is this issue related to the fact that, on HBK, installing transmission does not install the related webapp? And by manually installing it, it appears on the router's home screen, but if selected it returns: 404 Not Found. The service from LuCI is working properly.

So after installing transmission from reForis you have to run a pkgupdate or upgrade from GUI? It seems to me that this is not the case for other webapps.

You can (but you need to check if it is not reported already...), but we are not going to look into it in short time. We have other priorities right now. It is going to be low and most probably put into backlog.
