Add link to sentinel view & use my device token there

There should be an easy option to view data collected by my device and marked with device_token in Sentinel View (current & testing).

Right now, the user has to fill his device_token in My devices form manually.

It would be easier to have a single button in reForis which would add the token to sview automatically. Maybe like in #13 (comment 233695).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
