Suggestion: swap license agreement buttons

This is just suggestion and if it breaks some flow then feel free to close it.. Looking in to this plugin license accept is second one. I am more used to being the first one. It is probably more of something I am used to but if it is not hard to swap it, I would prefer the reverse order.
