Improve table

After discussion with Karel we have decided to:

  • Remove type column at all.
  • Reduce time format only to minutes. (2020-01-30 12:50:08 +0000 -> 2020-01-30 12:50)
  • It would be better with using moment.js to localize time.
  • Use doubled button for actions.
