URLs in options are not exposed

Guys, under Package Management in Packages, we included in some cases even URLs for options like WireGuard, but I can see that it is not exposed by API by using developer console. There is no such link.

Can you take a look at it, please? :-)

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
