Python tests fail with "AttributeError: 'Babel' object has no attribute 'localeselector'"
The [web tests](https://gitlab.nic.cz/turris/reforis/reforis/-/jobs/841113#L666) (`make test-web`) are failing now. Most probably by the [major update](https://github.com/python-babel/flask-babel/releases/tag/v3.0.0) in `flask-babel`.
