Certgen can not receive json response

Turris OS 3.11.8 (prerc), also 3.11.7. Certgen 6.1.3

ERROR [certgen.process_get:185] Sending request failed: module 'simplejson' has no attribute 'loads'

It seems the error comes from respone.json() call.
