Provide info about reboots in approval message

Right now the approval message sends to the user contains no info about reboots required to finish the update and the approvals themself provide info only about the immediate reboot.

• Expand provided approval info with boolean if rebot is required later after update is performed (note that info is available in the task file but not parsed)
• Include reboot info in the message

We should propagate this change to the reForis as well to display it in the page where user approves the update.
