Weblate for translations

For most of our projects, which are running on the router, we are using Weblate. I noticed that in the file https://gitlab.nic.cz/turris/webapps/-/blob/master/js/apps.json we have en and cs translations. It might be benefical to support more languages, which will be translated by community.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
