LICENSE file

Hello,

I would like to use your code in part of the implementation of my Master's thesis at VUT Brno university (just with a few changes). I noticed, there is no License file in the repository, which by default means, I cannot use and modify your code. Is that on purpose, or just an oversight and you do not mind of others using the code?

If the second is true, It would really help me, if you added the License file (any form, where I could use and modify the code should work, with my obvious added acknowledgment in my work and reference to your repository).
