Switch systemd service type to "notify"

Set "Type=notify" for probe's systemd service and manually notify systemd when the probe finishes its startup. This fixes an issue where Knot Resolver tries to connect to probe's dnstap sockets before they're created even when Resolver's service is marked as dependant on probe's service.
