GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. daemon/main: cleanup, forking and remote tty

when the daemon starts in non-interactive mode, it creates a pipe in the ‘tty/<pid>’ which can be used to interact with it remotely - much wow
