More Personal Information about Sender

The user is allowed (depending on his type) to specify which personal data can be published when creating/sending a new message. The XML element <dmPublishOwnID> can contain a new attribute IdLevel.

Modifications of isds_send_message(), isds_send_message_to_multiple_recipients and struct isds_message should be considered. The element <dmPublishOwnID> is required only when sending a message.

The service GetMessageAuthor2 needs to be implemented in order to download the new personal data.
