Keep evelope 90 days

Minimal Automatic message deletion period which can be set by the user has been increased to match 90 days. This is to prevent repeated downloads when synchronising accounts. (issue #30 (closed))

Placed don't-delete value at the end when setting time to hold messages and attachments in local storage. (issue #25 (closed))
