GitLab now enforces expiry dates on tokens that originally had no set expiration date. Those tokens were given an expiration date of one year later. Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. ttl-check: Fixed wrong TTL checks.

- in DDNS, the check would not work if the node was previously somehow
  changed, the check in changeset application should take care of this.

- check in changeset application would not work because it was triggered
  only when adding RRs into empty node.
