Please review your personal access tokens, project access tokens, and group access tokens to ensure you are aware of upcoming expirations. DNSSEC: unit tests for signatures creating and verification

- separate key manipulation and signing tests
- tests should be failing now as DSA verification is not implemented
- tests for ECDSA are missing
