Fixes in zparser and zone dump.

- Fixed both parsing and dumping of IPSECKEY dname.
- Removed some debug code.
- Disabled freeing of the zone after compilation - was causing errors,
  incoherent dname table, would take a long time to fix. After load, everything is bound to be set properly.
- APL fixed in descriptors.
