Changed references to zone_deep_free.

It was not possible to decide whether the RDATA dnames should all
be deleted when deleting the zone.

- Added parameters to node and zone API & propagation.
- In all calls to the zone_deep_free() function it is set to 0 now.
- Zone uses the same parameter for both normal tree and the NSEC3
  tree. That is sufficient for now, but may easily be adjusted by
  another parameter.
