- Fixed rrset_compare().

- Fixed packet_parse_rdata() - RDATA not initialized.
- Fixed packet_parse_rr() - some freeing, better RRSet allocation.
- Fixed packet_parse_from_wire() - setting wire size of the packet.
- Fixed rdata_from_wire() - parsing of empty RDATA.

- Was not incrementing position after the trailing dot.

* Should we send SOA request from random port?

- Was not reseting the count

- Added packet_parse_rest() to parse the rest of the packet from
  wireformat.
- Modified ns_parse_packet() to parse only the Question section.
- Modified ns_answer_normal() to parse rest of the packet.
- ns_answer_axfr() does not need any other parsing (we may ommit
  the OPT RR).
- Modified axfrin_transfer_needed() to parse rest of the packet.
