DNAME support.

Changed answering algorithm so that DNAME is checked before
  wildcard and zone apex.
  (See query-processing-flowchart-200910-2.png.)
Implemented CNAME from DNAME synthesis - quite dumb, with a lot of
  copying (because of ldns).
