Store/retrieve flags for changesets to/from journal. 

Implemented as a first uint32_t before serialized
RR sets in journal. Currently available:
1 << 0 .. IXFR
1 << 1 .. UPDATE

Backward-incompatible change in journal, bumping journal
version to knot105.
