Usage:

- Not copying owner, just increasing reference count.

- Answering DS queries in delegation points.
- Disabled integrity check after zone load (causing some wierd
  crashes and so..needs fixing).

- Fixed problem with copied RDATA when adding wildcard
  RRSets (different dname in RDATA).
- Copying dnames in RDATA made optional.
- Some minor changes to constness of some variables.
- Fixed some warnings.

TODO: made some leak, probably related to the RDATA dnames.
