That allows tree things (among others):

1. to have headers with conflicting names (dnslib/debug.h, other/debug.h)
2. to have only -I. (or no include at all)
3. to possibly move include files to separate directory $(topdir)/includes/

Removed tokens from descriptors in dnslib.

'resource.sh' generates includable resource files from any binary/text file.
'Makefile' is updated to generate resource files
'dnslib_response_tests.c' loads data from embedded resource files
