Cant connect to proxy

The proxy replies for connection request with ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host while the following line appears in the log:

haas-proxy-start[5351]: 2020-08-06T15:40:57 CRITICAL twisted 'channel open failed, direct-tcpip is not allowed'

Unfortunately I was not yet able to reproduce the bug on different device.
