Thanks to changes in this branch the functions are called with correctly
typed parameters already, so these weird casts can be deleted.

Since these tests are very quick, it's not worth it to have a separate
job for them, it only wastes CI resources.

make-dev-archive is only used for development version tarballs.
For regular releases, use "ninja dist".

The script has been unused for longer time.
Almost all remaining C warnings are just "FIXME" comments :-)
and I didn't touch the JS warnings.

- building different version of kresd is not properly supported
  (uses current directory with checked-out code instead of git master)
- based on debian:stable instead of alpine for easier dependency
  resolution
- moved both Dockerfile and config to more appropriate locations

Source was kept for historical reasons but was not in use since 2.0.0.
It is now clear that there are better approaches to implement
distributed cache so it is pointless to keep old stuff in tree and
confuse users.
