replace bundled faketime with a dependency from distributions

We got rid of socket_wrapper, libfaketime is next in line. :)

For reference, Linux 5.6 introduced time namespaces, but at this moment it can not separate real time which is what we need the most. (They focus on monotonic+boot time, e.g. see the man page.) And anyway, I'm not aware of (lib)faketime causing issues, so why even bother.
