Run on mac

Ghost User requested to merge run_on_mac into master

Getting deckard run on Mac OS X 10.12.5.

Added missing python dependencies:

  • PyYAML
  • python-augeas

Changed dnspython to a version >=1.15.

Changed repo in contrib/libfaketime/ (https://github.com/wolfcw/libfaketime) from tag v0.9.7b1 to master, so it compiles on Mac. Attention: This change will use the master branch of the libfaketime repository and not a stable release!
