Remove "users zoneacl_mod"?

Hello,

When looking into how to manage zone permissions I noticed that you can call users zoneacl_mod which sounds like it is used for general modifications, but looking closer it is only able to add permssions, not remove them. Initally this made me wonder if removal was just not implemented, but looking around some more I noticed there is another tree of commands where both operations are supported, that being usermod zone add and usermod zone del. This makes the UX a bit confusing, would it make sense to remove zoneacl_mod?
